So… Is she saying that the lady had a tumour that beat the plague?
Her beauty drug does two other things: it makes you immune to the plague, and it gives you brain tumors.
Rock and a hard place, eh?
If the author is half as crazy as I think he might be, the plot is better than I thought it would be.
